Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Skill 2 Reward, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone with your order details.
    • A full refund will be issued for orders canceled before shipment.
  • After Shipment:

    • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can, however, initiate a return after receiving the item.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
  • You must initiate the return within 3 Days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 Days

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 12 Hour of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Skill 2 Reward reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
